Terms of Service

1. [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible care for my pet(s).

2. However, I (Pet Owner/Guardian) recognize that [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, injuries, illness, death or theft of my pet that may occur.

3. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

4. Further, as the pet owner/guardian, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my pet at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my pet while under [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] care and under my own care as a result of following any instructions given me by [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)].

5. I acknowledge that I have been told by [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] and understand the inherent risks of owning a pet, including but not limited to the risk of pet bites to myself or others.

6. Additionally, [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] will act with all due respect and caution in my home in my absence and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] of any and all claims of damages to my home.

7. I (Owner/Guardian) authorize emergency medical care to be provided by the veterinarian I specified herein, or an alternate to be determined by  [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] in the event that my regular veterinarian is not available or that closer care is required.

8. I will reimburse [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] for any charges related to emergency care.

9. Payment Policy: There will be a $25.00 fee charged for any returned checks.

10. Cancellation Policy: [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] requires a 24-hour cancelation notice or Client will be required to pay the first days' fee.

11. If [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] is unable to access your pet due to problems with doors or keys, the Client will be required to pay first day’s fee.

12. If the pet is not on the premises for agreed upon pick up time, the Client will be required to pay first day’s fee.

13. Grooming Policy: [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] will do their best to keep your pet as clean as possible during and after walks. The Client should leave out towels near the entranceway that will be used for wet or muddy weather conditions. [Your Name] and [Your Company Name (if any)] will not be responsible for bathing or brushing pet after a walk.

Payment by the Client (Pet Owner/Guardian) signifies the agreement by the Client to these Terms of Service.
